I had a terrific experience with this department yesterday . My ioniq 5 died suddenly and i needed help quickly. I called hyundai Quirk who reviewed my problem over the phone , and said to come in that day if possible. Kristi in service was very professional, reassuring and supportive. I knew the service department was overwhelmed but they still got me in and out within two hours completely repaired! I was amazed.
