Jeff called when I was already 35 minutes late to get me in for snow tires he ordered for me. I know now I'll get all my service done here. Great service and I'm not even a Ford owner. Maybe I will be again soon!

Don’t waste your time! Spend your money at one of the local, non-dealer service shops.

Manager that handles the car shop & service work is completely unprofessional and not willing to listen or try to care when a customer calls to reasonably talk about picking up their car from them with MORE issues than before they dropped it off. Manager of course won’t take any accountability for it and will just talk over you in a completely unprofessional way.

I’ve been a loyal service customer at Quirk Ford for the past 5 years. I’ve brought in multiple vehicles over that time, despite never purchasing one from them. Most recently, I called about a recall notice on my new Ford Lightning involving a potentially missing suspension nut. It’s a known issue that affects over 30,000 Ford vehicles.
