Was told today that with out a appointment they don't do oil changes on a Saturday. I have a service plan throw them, warranty plan, an tire rim warranty. Not worth what we paid at all. Ended up paying for my oil change at promco took 20 min.
Jeff called when I was already 35 minutes late to get me in for snow tires he ordered for me. I know now I'll get all my service done here. Great service and I'm not even a Ford owner. Maybe I will be again soon!
