I’ve been a loyal service customer at Quirk Ford for the past 5 years. I’ve brought in multiple vehicles over that time, despite never purchasing one from them. Most recently, I called about a recall notice on my new Ford Lightning involving a potentially missing suspension nut. It’s a known issue that affects over 30,000 Ford vehicles. Service Manager James is extremely disrespectful. Spoke to me with pure ignorance. His first sentence was him making an accusation that I was trying to "scam my warranty" because I asked them to look over my motor before the warranty ended. Any question I had he answered with, "I'm not trying to argue with you." I spoke calmly and repeatedly explained that I was just trying to understand their said, "diagnosis." If I could give him 0 stars I would.
