Update: We spent 2.4k at Stanley Chevrolet and they were absolutely lovely! Worth an extra 5 min drive to Belfast - Stanley Chevrolet appreciated our business. I purchased my 2020 Silverado from Bangor’s motor city, certified used in 2022. Within the first year a computer part needed to be replaced in the transmission and that was covered under warranty. 2023 was fine. Early 2024, 11 days after getting a tire rotation, oil change, and multi point inspection my drivers side tire fell off while driving down the road due to a control arm that was overlooked. 36 miles out of warranty and when I showed them the photo of my truck I got a shrug and a “we don’t stress test those things dur... read more
My wife's Pacifica has less than 60,000 miles on it. Took it in the "experts" to find out why it was not running right. After all is said and done we paid over $1,900 for two batteries, spark plugs and a thermostat. Not sure why they tore apart the engine to figure that out. Also, the engine cover was left in the back seat. At least clean the van up before a financial hit like that? Not happy
