I haven’t had the best experience with this service center. Back in December they did an oil change but left my coolant cap off which cause all the coolant to evaporate. They ended up filling up the coolant & replacing the cap but never burped it so there has been air in the lines ever since. Additionally, I had a chunk missing from my tire which was consistently rotated until one day they refused to rotate it and insisted that they would have never rotated them previously with a chunk missing like that.
