First oil change for my new Traverse with 6800 miles Tech was unable to reset or determine the cause of the indicators lights that are on Service ESC and ABS and well as the Brake light. Service did his best to explain but still a very big inconvenience to have to return and leave my car for a long period to diagnosis the issue
Big shoutouts to Stephanie and Danielle. Brought my Denali in for a recall. Stephanie followed up after the appointment and I expressed my displeasure with an issue resulting from the service visit. She and Danielle immediately addressed the issue and within a week’s time ( due to the need to order parts), they had me in and resolved the issue. These ladies were great!
