I took my car to them a few months ago cause of a coolant issue with the coolant having leaked out. I was told the part my car needed was on back order and only after doing my own research a few days later they somehow received the part overnight. Very odd! Fast forward to today I called this am and asked how much it would be to replace my brakes both front and back. I was told that they would flush the brake line when doing the brakes. They Put the ICK in Buick Called Quirk 4/15 and was told to bring my car in. I explained I live in NYC and was toldd if they didn't have the part, it would be overnighted. Told it was a 3 hour job, worst case, I'd have my car back by EOD Thursday (4/16). Dropped it off @ 10:30 on 4/15, told that Quirk would run a diagnostic before repairing it. The only code that appeared was P2138, a known pedal sensor issue covered by Buick warranty. 4/16 @ 4:30 pm, I was told the repair was complete, but they needed to reinstall my bumper... read more
