Refused to treat a sick animal because they didn't like her owner. Their words not mine. This dog sadly passed away. A beautiful quiet Border Collie. I miss you so much Amy. I explained to them the dog was now in my care and I was paying but they wouldn't budge after three desperate calls. I can't believe you did that to a beautiful dog. Very sad. I'd give it no star.
