Sophia is an absolute gem. She helped educate me on how to use and maintain my CPAP machine so that I was comfortable. She is always on hand for questions and has such a positive attitude making the experience that much easier.

Excellent experience with technician James Hill. Very pleasant, supportive, patient, and knowledgeable. All the staff I encountered were very professional. Support was great when I had to call about needing an adjustment. Even received a call back confirming when the adjustment was made. Rare to find great customer service these days. Highly recommend.
