My experience when I visited their Website and brick and mortar facility was not great. On website I tried to request a quote for 4 significant brand name machines. It was not clear how to submit the request for the quote. So I went to the listed street address. There was no indication at all that Tonic Performance was located at this location. If I could give it a 0, I would. Went in and was told someone would come and serve me in 5 minutes. I waited over 30 mins and no one came. No respect.

Tonic Performance used to be a great company to order from. The service was quick and the products were good quality. However, it has become increasingly harder to purchase from them. While their prices used to be clearly indicated on their website, with an add to cart option, in recent times, they seem to have removed this option. Instead, now all their products say “add to quote” and then nobody ever gets back to you with a price. With so many competitors on the market, I don’t see what the interest in making the purchase ... read more

Placed a substantial order 3 months ago and haven't received anything. Can not reach anyone for status update as well. Been trying to get in contact for several weeks now and it appears that no one is answering their emails or phone calls or replying to their phone messages. Not sure if they are out of business but I may have to report as a fraudulent business and get my money back. Hope it doesn't have to go that way.

Alex, qui est est propriétaire de Tonic Performance, vend ses items via Marketplace. Malheureusement, il affiche des équipements à vendre qu'il n'a pas encore en stock. A sa demande, j'ai donné un dépôt pour réserver un appareil qu'il n'a pas encore reçu, même après 2 mois (message initial le 29 mai, après plusieurs demandes de remboursements, livraison prevue le 12 juillet). Je encore demandé le remboursement du dépôt et pas de nouvelle depuis...
