If I could give it a 0, I would. Went in and was told someone would come and serve me in 5 minutes. I waited over 30 mins and no one came. No respect.
Tonic Performance used to be a great company to order from. The service was quick and the products were good quality. However, it has become increasingly harder to purchase from them. While their prices used to be clearly indicated on their website, with an add to cart option, in recent times, they seem to have removed this option. Instead, now all their products say “add to quote” and then nobody ever gets back to you with a price. Placed a substantial order 3 months ago and haven't received anything. Can not reach anyone for status update as well. Been trying to get in contact for several weeks now and it appears that no one is answering their emails or phone calls or replying to their phone messages. Not sure if they are out of business but I may have to report as a fraudulent business and get my money back. Hope it doesn't have to go that way.

A sa demande, j'ai donné un dépôt pour réserver un appareil qu'il n'a pas encore reçu, même après 2 mois (message initial le 29 mai, après plusieurs demandes de remboursements, livraison prevue le 12 juillet). Je encore demandé le remboursement du dépôt et pas de nouvelle depuis...
I had a great experience with Alex and his crew at tonic performance last week, they took the time to help me load a machine during a very busy day and made sure it was safe and secure for travel. I will definitely be back for more equipment in the near future! 10/10 quality and service!
