Staff is friendly and helpful. Great location, plenty of free parking.
Always cancelling appointment and milestones check ups for young ones. Say they will make a note for call backs. Never get a call back. Booking needs improvement. Never get the actual doctor.
Dre MJ Klett is the best, her whole team has cared for me since she was newly graduated and now care for my whole family of 5. Highly Recommend!
When calling to book an appointment, the receptionist was not very friendly and constantly interrupting me. I wanted to get a requisition for bloodwork and she initially stated I can't have it as it is up to doctors to say when I can get my bloodwork. After trying to explain my family history a few times and being interrupted twice, she then proceeded to be a little more solution based and saying guidelines changes and that I need to speak to the doctor first.
