When calling to book an appointment, the receptionist was not very friendly and constantly interrupting me. I wanted to get a requisition for bloodwork and she initially stated I can't have it as it is up to doctors to say when I can get my bloodwork. After trying to explain my family history a few times and being interrupted twice, she then proceeded to be a little more solution based and saying guidelines changes and that I need to speak to the doctor first. Been a patient of Dr Ostiguy for years. Never had any issues booking an appointment or being seen on short notice.
Dr. Lochman is a wonderful doctor, unfortunately their receptionists are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. It is unfortunate that they represent the doctors. Sad to see people with health issues being treated this way.
