Absolutely awful receptionists. They consistently interrupt me and proceeded to create appointments without fully explaining the type (by walk in appointment or by phone call appointment) Doctors are extremely impatient, only speaks when it benefits their staff. I suggest you do better as a business, and as a health team.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Great location, plenty of free parking.
Always cancelling appointment and milestones check ups for young ones. Say they will make a note for call backs. Never get a call back. Booking needs improvement. Never get the actual doctor.
Dre MJ Klett is the best, her whole team has cared for me since she was newly graduated and now care for my whole family of 5. Highly Recommend!
