Worst management ever. It's been over a month and they've prolonged a repair through communication blackouts. Not only do they provide sparse status updates (never autonomously, you must always probe for them), they straight up lie. It has been over a month of false promises and inaction. If I could give a negative rating I would.

This review is specifically for my experience with QuinzeCent and Brivia as a developer. The one star rating is for poor communication and sloppy work. Our original inspection was initially scheduled in June, and we had booked our flights to be there in person. It's only 1 day after we flew in that we found out the inspection was cancelled because the unit was not ready. Brivia would have known that the unit was not ready 1-2 weeks before. However, despite my numerous attempts to reach out to the company, I did not receive any response.
