Amazing customer service! I had ordered a Switch Stick Folding Cane - in Maple - which I thought would be a burgundy colour. But when it arrived, I realised that it was in fact, brown. I rang the team and spoke to David, who gladly assisted me with selecting another cane. He even went into the warehouse and viewed canes, to describe the canes and colour choices to me.
