I was successful bidder on a boat. I was given the phone number of my contact person. I talked to him 1 time. The boat was near where I live so I looked at it to confirm everything. I was told to wait for the Bill of sale and then everything went silent. My contact Jeremy's phone was disconnected. It's been 2 weeks with no communication with them whatsoever.
