AVOID! I don’t no what kind of reception staff you have working for you but they don’t no how to do there job or care, 6/03/2024 my baby was poorly so made a doctors appointment prior to this he was getting worse so phoned 111 who booked an another doctors appointment without me knowing, I had to call for an ambulance as he was extremely poorly now canceling the appointment I made wasn’t my concern at the time now,, while the paramedics was treating my baby a receptionist phoned from the doctors having ago at me for wasting ... read more
Not happy at all, can never get an appointment and when I do I get told nothing can be done. Tried to chase up results and get told "I made a referral what more do you want" Don't follow up and just rude
They do not care about people with mental health conditions and happy to keep them waiting for medication
