The Quint team did a fabulous job at the Barrett-Jackson Fall Auction. Their on-site reps, Amanda & Angie were very helpful, professional & friendly.
This non-NBA company misled my family and charged us $700 despite having official staff tell us the charge would be refunded. They completely ruined my birthday. Bought 6 tickets together more than a year ahead of time, and they sent tickets at two different tables. We have been a long time customer, but now can't even get a call back. We will discontinue doing business with Quintevents, who I guess brand themselves at Derby Experiences. We will be calling the track, too. Weeks before the event the tickets are actually cheaper on a ticket website.
