Absolutely the BEST massage I’ve ever had. Lauren is professional and a great RMT. She uses shockwave therapy when required which works great.
Lauren is one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable massage therapists I have ever had the pleasure of meeting . She has used techniques on me that no one has used in the past. I've had many challenges since my car accident and she is truly helping me . Also she works well with other wellness providers and won't hesitate to reccomend other professionals that will compliment her work. She's super!!!
