I absolutely love it here! Mandi and her team are so amazing! They have everything you need for all of your holistic needs. I really love and enjoy their sound bath meditations, and all the different events they put on for the community! Their massages are absolutely amazing. Pure heaven!

Before starting, they took the time to ask about any problem areas or injuries and tailored the session to my specific needs. I had a stretch and sound session with Laura. I had no idea i wasn't stretching properly until she got a hold of me. The space is small but comfortable and has a nice vibe. Plants everywhere. Laura was thorough in explaining the process. If you have never had a stretch session and you are anything like me, you're going to have e to learn to give in.
