I booked an appointment a week in advance, and they still didn’t show up. When I called the office, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then told the plumber “forgot.” Completely unprofessional.

Worst plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service is non-existent, they don’t answer calls after taking your money, and the repairs didn’t last even a week.

Unfortunately, my experience with Quintessential Plumbing in Loftus was far from satisfactory. The plumber arrived late without any notice, and the job felt rushed and incomplete. I had to call them back due to a leak that started shortly after the initial work, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Communication was poor throughout the process, and I didn’t feel that my concerns were taken seriously. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to recommend their services.

Extremely disappointed. I contacted Quintessential Plumbing expecting professionalism, but was let down at every step. Response times were slow despite their claims, they showed up late, and the repair on my broken vanity was rushed and poorly executed. I expected quality service but got the bare minimum. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
