I had been the victim of a horrible traffic accident and had come to Shannon with bruised ribs and a lot of pain just by breathing in. Shannon was very skilled in getting me to relax and work muscles I didn't realize were responsible in keeping me in pain. She was really a life saver in helping me speed up my healing process with her skills and her compassion.
Unbelievable! Shannon is a true master of her craft. Her quality of touch and love for quality bodywork is ever apparent. I love the space in West Seattle close to Whole Foods and all of the shops and restaurants that the Alaska Junction has to offer. I’ll be returning soon!!
Highly recommend Shannon, especially her craniosacral work. She provides such a wonderful space that is not only welcoming but incredibly relaxing. Shannon does a wonderful job catering each session to me needs and goals.
