The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike some high-end audio dealers that are only on their "A" game when they know I'm going to spend a ton of money, the guys at Quintessence are always sincerely willing to help and offer advise. Even if I'm just buying a $15 belt for my turntable they always make me feel welcome.
Best in the Audio business for customer service, support and audio products. They listen carefully to your needs/wants and suggest the right products. Never rushed during listening sessions and allows you to audition products at home. Mick, John and Patrick are great people to work with no matter what your budget is. Installations are always done professionally with white glove service.
After many years I recently upgraded almost my entire system. Mick and his crew are fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable and customer orientated. I am thrilled with my system. Highly recommended. UPDATE: I have continued to work with Mick, John, and Patrick on tweaks and adjustments that have all improved my system. My comments above are still true. Quintessence is simply the best.
Upscale, classy audio store with a great staff and impressive inventory. Always feel welcomed and invited whenever I visit. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and overly patient with all customers. Have made multiple purchases here in the past and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.
