I expected a high-end experience with noticeable results from Quintessa Aesthetic Center in Brookfield, but my experience with a nearly $2,000 Halo laser treatment left me very disappointed. Months after treatment, I did not see a clear improvement in skin tone or texture. When I raised concerns, the response focused heavily on treatment timelines, additional procedures, and the possibility of needing more sessions rather than addressing my concern about the lack of visible change. Hard to explain the trust required in a surgeon and their team to cut into you and produce a result equal to the image in your head. But Dr Campbell and his support team set expectations, clear milestones, generous support and importantly provided outstanding expertise. Highly recommend Quintessa. They are worth travelling for because you can be confident in the results.
