I visited for vaccines for my holiday to the Dominican Republic and the entire process, from booking online to the confirmation call and the actual appointment, was seamless. The receptionist and nurse were incredibly kind and friendly. I received records of the vaccines I got and a lot of information at the appointment and further reading material about where I was going. This is not a clinic
Was sent home to fill out form for an appointment, when they have them there. Wasted two hours because of receptionist not saying, we have forms here. Very disappointed in the lack of service. Recommend going anywhere else...
I went to the Kingston clinic today for travel vaccines and prepping for Cuba. The nurse I talked to was wonderful she made me aware of all diseases and illnesses I could come in contact with. I usually faint when getting needles and she made it a great experience, she was calm and talked me through everything. and you can book online! Would strongly recommend going to the kingston clinic for any travel health needs!
(NOTE: This negative interaction was limited to one nurse. One of the other nurses, Julie, is amazing, the reception staff were incredibly helpful, the doctor who works there was extremely understanding and apologetic, but we will not be using this travel clinic again.)
