I also had Courtney as my tech. What a wonderful, kind person she is. I won’t say the experience was amazing with wires hooked up on my head, but it would have been a whole lot worse without her. She made me feel listened to and cared for. Thanks Courtney for doing such a great job.
I took my Grandfather to the Quinte Regional Sleep Clinic, the staff that were on that night were very professional, very kind, and made my grandfather feel safe and comfortable with the test. My grandfather can only mobilize via wheelchair. We got stranded at the clinic waiting for transportation and the technicians were very accommodating. I would strongly recommend this clinic to others. Thank you to the all the staff at the clinic who made this experience a good one!
Still waiting for a call 9 months later, (updated) got in under the cancelation list and got in a month or 2 later, I had to go in for 9pm for get ready for the sleep didn't get prepared until like 11pm so about 2hours of nothing and they wake you up around 5:30-6AM
