Live savers!! Our bunny was spayed early morning at a different clinic and was doing very well at first but began fading after hours. I called into this emergency clinic KNOWING they don’t see bunnies but hopeful they might have some useful information. Not only did they point me in the right direction- but they were able to facilitate a meet up with myself and a tech from our bunnies clinic to pick up the live saving dietary supplement that got our dear bunny through the week. I phoned this vet because my dog had an emergency. They said they were closing and told me to go somewhere else which was an hour away. We had to drive in the dark and in the rain on a busy highway. We were only 10 minutes away from the Quinte hospital. This is unacceptable.
I am FULL OF GRATITUDE FOR THIS PLACE. Elliee and I visited with my mom Irene. Exceptionally accommodating, Dr. Roberto answered all of my brainstorm thoughts about Elliee. He was so friendly with her; no fear from her during the examinations. His diagnosis and medications dispensed was 100% exactly what was needed with my young girl. That night when we returned home, she was completely different: walking around and finally eating!! That evening was the first time she purred in 6-7 days. The vet was so kind to our boy and made sure he was feeling better before sending us no us home. You can tell the staff here care about the well being of the animals and are not just about the money. Our boy is feeling all better.
