Have seen Austin for the past couple weeks after my second surgery for separated shoulder. Austin has been fantastic in working with me to regain R.O.M. Am finally seeing some progress after 6 LONG months of stagnant progress. I know have hope that I can get back to where I was with Austin's professional guidance. Hes really taken the time to understand where i want to get to and he's taking all the necessary steps to get me there. Absolutely disgusted, took our 6 year old special needs daughter for a boot cast after she broke her foot, she was scared and crying and screaming, no compassion just dirty looks with the staff member plugging here ears saying I won't be able to do this............. news flash you have a terrified little girl who.doesnt understand, try some flipping compassion for a scared kid.
