Had a brace custom fitted by the fitting room..it was easy and comfortable working with these ladies..they took their time to make sure all my issues were addressed
I’ve been dealing with ridiculous knee pain for over a year and finally diagnosed with a many issues in my knee. I was a bit mortified that I have to wear a brace but Mikaela was incredibly reassuring that I would get used to it, that I would not be heavy or bulky and she was right. This is only my first day, but she made me feel really comfortable, explained everything succinctly, and was very kind. Megan was excellent and is getting me back to 100 %.
First visit so I arrived 15 minutes early because I respect the surgeon’s time. Sat for an hour and a half waiting just to get to the doc’s office. My time was not respected. Disappointing. In all I was there for 2 hours and saw the doc 5 minutes.
