I don't rent here but tried to call about renting a unit for the future or at least a price and the not so nice lady that answered the phone cut me off before I could give her my dates and said we're booked up, we have no units. I understand that part but it's how she handled the conversation, for the future, maybe be a little more polite or don't be in customer service!
