I'm absolutely APPALLED by the treatment I received from Joyce during my recent appointment. Not only was I chastised for the audacity of showing up EARLY, but I was then forced to wait an excruciating 20 minutes past my appointment time. The sheer audacity of her behavior was inexcusable and unprofessional. I spent a month in pain after having a 20lbs weight fall on my big toe. I scheduled a walk in in Belleville. I live in Brighton. They were nice but nothing good came out of it other than a prediction it was broken. And told me to go to emergency as that would be faster. I drove to Picton as per their rec to emerg.
