I am so disgusted with this bank. I always get this one lady on the phone that's disrespectful, arragant and cuts me off every second of the conversation.. She doesn't have respect to listen to anything I say. I am the one that called them and they take over like they actually have ESP knowing why Iam calling. I have tried to reset my password. My acct. Is locked because I tried too many times. No access code was sent.why is this so difficult. All my other accounts are so easy. I hate when they make such a simple request so difficult. I need this fixed before the 1st of the month.
Without a doubt the worst financial institution in Canada. Sent a complaint to head office and they simply forwarded my complaint to the branch manager to have a laugh, clearly not realizing they had cc'd me on the email. Tellers are impatient, ignorant, and literally can not communicate with clientele.
