The staff were polite, helpful and professional. Dr Greg was very precise in his assessment and treatment of an abcessed molar. I am so relieved to have been recommended to this clinic for treatment.
After reading some reviews that were a little rough, I went in with an open mind. The receptionist staff was so personable and friendly and immediately made me feel at ease. The dental assistant (I think her name is Miranda) talked me through everything and checked in several times to make sure I was doing okay. Dr. Greg was very straight forward and honest about what needed to be done and my options. Answered all my questions and made sure I knew what to expect. Had my second appointment here today. Dr. Greg and all the staff are wonderful. Relaxed atmosphere, felt at ease with the procedure. Very professional services. I would definitely recommend Quinte Endontics.
When it comes to dentistry, I'm afraid I am not a fan, for no particular reason, just anxious and expecting a less than pleasant experience. This past week I was forced to seek emergency care for an abscess which resulted in my having root canal surgery. My regular dentist referred me to Quinte Endodontics where Dr. "Greg" Soo Chan provided me with the most thorough, pleasant and exceptional dental procedure I have ever experienced. Insanely over priced!!! Money grabbing crooks! $2200 for a root canal! No wonder dentists have the highest suicide rate of any profession!!! It's the guilt!
