Graeme Henderson of Quinovic Takapuna ignored a victim of family violence who was trying to end their tenancy. Instead of following the law and taking steps to immediately ensure the safety of the tenant, Graeme Henderson simply did nothing - even after the police asked Quinovic to end the tenancy. Graeme Henderson is a despicable person who puts his own wallet before tenant safety.
Sharon Layton has breached Principle 11 of the Privacy Act in her response to landlord Emily Milne. A formal complaint has been lodged against Sharon Layton.
Quinovic is the worst property management company I have dealt with. Sharon Layton was consistently rude and unprofessional, and demonstrated a poor understanding of tenancy law. She allowed the tenants to leave my property in an unacceptable condition, which strongly suggests it was not properly inspected or maintained throughout the tenancy.
