I would like to show my appreciation for Quinoco. Shannon is really great at getting back to me quickly and guiding me through different situations I’ve encountered. She is friendly, professional and down to earth human being. Quinoco is lucky to have her. And the staff at Quinoco is all great. Fast delivery. Thank you all and keep up the good work.
Whenever I have needed service, regardless of the time of day or night, one of the technicians has immediately called me back and given me an arrival time, always within ninety-minutes and usually within 60. I have never been kept waiting. Their technicians are true professionals staying with the job until we are up and running. They explain everything that must be done and I am amazed with the availability of parts they carry in the service trucks. I have and will continue to recommend Quinoco to my friends and family.
Alex took me through the whole system, tank to burner. I have a really good understanding of this equipment now. I also learned that there is a tankless water heater & I told Alex how the shower water had fluctuating temperatures. We talked about options & I decided I could adjust. So the maintenance work continued. This morning I had a shower without temperature fluctuation. I credit Alex & the the great job done on the furnace for my nice shower today.
AAron is great. He did a nice job installing Central AC over the summer and is always friendly. Good to see a familiar face when you need service for heat and hot water. He is quick to come to the house and to fix the problem. He takes extra time to explain what happened and I appreciate that.
Dave was skilled, friendly, and extremely helpful! We’ve always had a positive experience with Quinoco and can highly recommend them. This was an emergency call since our furnace wasn’t working and Quinoco sent Dave out within a few hours. He quickly determined the problem and repaired the issue. Many thanks!
