Called Quinns this morning at 9:30ish and had a tech to the house by 2 pm. Was able to refill refrigerant and diagnose the problem by 2:30. Thanks to both Mary Lou and Jeff!
Tried to get a quote for 8 weeks after Tim looked at my hvac system. I was referred to Tim by my specialist (MD) to get work done for my sensitivities to air quality in my home. Called multiple times and never got a call back over 8 weeks. There was no communication after the initial consultation. Tim is extremely unreliable and disrespectful.
I've used Quinn's plumbing a few times since I moved out here, they also installed my central air conditioning. They were very timely, professional and clean and they did a great job I would definitely recommend them!
Between Carly and Tim sourcing and pre troubleshooting problems and parts for my Hot water tank and then the Technician "Jeff" showing up to do the change up of parts required and diagnoseing my issues with the completely down comercial grade hot water tank I must admit as a fellow tradesman I was extremely impressed with the service speed and profesionalism of all involved. We had a bad experience with Quinn’s. We had a tub leaking terribly. One of their staff came and apparently fixed the leak. So they charged us. It stopped for about two days and then began leaking far worse. They came for a second time and rather than consider the first payment as sufficient in fixing the problem, they charged us a second time.
