I was able to get an appointment on the day for my 14 year old son. The doctor was running 15 mins late. The doctor was lovely and we got some great advice and prescriptions to help with his tonsillitis. But, when I went to the desk after the appointment I was told that this doctor only bulk bills for children under 12. I said "I wasn't told that when I booked"...silence, then she checked the system and the doctor had, thankfully, bulk billed my 14 YEAR OLD son. When did this become practice to charge for kids? We have visited Dr. Chris Hall a couple of times already and each time we found his consultation so professional and effective. He has patience and listens very well so that he always comes up with a couple of options to help the patients in a way that works best for them. We highly recommend him and the Super Clinic.
The doctors here are great, I’ve never had a bad experience. Unfortunately the staff working at the front desk are often quite rude.
