I have been attending this practice for over 20 years and will no longer be coming back. I attended an appointment on Thursday for my duaghter at 9am and checked in at the desk with Karrin. At 9:40 I went back to the desk to ask how much longer the Dr would be and was advised I hadn't been check in. I felt extremely rushed by the doctor in my appointment, feeling like he just wanted to get the appointment over and done with without actually helping me. Had to ask what it is he was prescribing me didn’t even explain . The receptionists are extremely rude every time I’ve called the place and been in! After my appointment I told them I have a health care card for payment, she said there’s nothing they can do to use it and declined me using my health care card!!
