Wouldn't recommend working for this company only hires females if they are good looking not for how hard they work. Then ignores every message sent when getting your final paycheck so you have to go through the people who took over the company for him. Ryan treat the female employees horrible when they don’t want him back. Instead of letting you go he ignores you and keeps you guessing if you work for him still or not. Stay away better landscaping companies to work for then someone who doesn’t care about employees.
