Our experience with Megan was fantastic!! She is so lovely... we felt that she genuinely cared for us throughout the process of selling our property.. made sure we were always updated, replied to our emails, and guided us with care through every detail of the process.. also has a great team, the staff are very friendly and accommodating as well. One thing I can definitely say is stress free! I want to thank Mel and staff for helping me they are absolutely professional, really knowledgeable and answers emails and calls. took care of almost everything since I lived in different state. great experience with them. I truly recommend them.
Ive never dealt with such an incompetent realestate. No customer service whatsoever. Dont answer your calls, dont message you back, dont reply to your email and completely lie to you. Do yourself a favour and use another realestate that actually treat you like a human being. When the market is booming and a lot of people are homeless because of it, have some decency to help people with trying to find a home instead of ignoring them. If I could give 0 star I would have. This realestate have no shame.
