Nadine Bickley has been managing my property for past few months, and within this short period I can tell that is she is amazing property manager, and a wonderful person. Her comms has been great, always approachable and pleasure to speak to. She managed some difficult situations really well and has been helpful in getting new tenants within a week after the current one left. I highly recommend her.
Extremely disappointed with our experience with Quinn Real Estate. From the day the property was handed over to us, it was in an unacceptable and clearly unprepared condition. The toilets were uncleaned, the house was full of insects and crawling pests, ants were present throughout the exterior, and there was no apparent pest control. Multiple windows were also missing blinds/vanes, leaving us without basic privacy. A Big shout out to my property manager, Nadine Bickley. So far, she is the best property manager I’ve had. She is incredibly effective, proactive and productive. She keeps me updated about my property in a timely manner and responds to my emails promptly, without fail. Even before my previous tenant moved out, she had already secured a new tenant for me. Thank you, Nadine. I truly appreciate your hard work.
Extremely disappointing experience with Quinn Real Estate. The property was handed over to us in September in an unprepared condition, with basic cleaning issues, dirty toilets, pests, ants, missing blinds and other hygiene and maintenance concerns. Despite reporting these issues repeatedly, the cleaning service was only arranged three weeks after we moved in and after paying full rent. Extremely disappointed with our experience with Quinn Real Estate. When the property was handed over to us, it was in a disgusting and unacceptable condition, even basic things like the toilets were left uncleaned. On top of that, the house was full of pests and lacked window blinds, leaving us with zero privacy from day one. We have reached out to our property manager multiple times since moving in, but we have received no reply at all despite the urgency of these issues.
