This was one of the best insurance agencies on the Northshore. It was a family-run business that went all the way, and for over twenty years, I loved being their client. Why isnt there ever someone that answer the phone here? Forcing people to a voicemail is unnecessary when we tend to havw basic need to handle
I recently received a letter in the mail, from safety insurance with a foreign name and my address. I called my insurance company and they told me that someone fraudulently used my address to claim car insurance. I found out that Quinn of Lynn insurance, allowed someone to claim my address without proper documentation. I called 5 times at different times and no one answered or called back. I can not recommend them enough for all my personal and business needs. I appreciate them and all the extra efforts they have taken for all my insurance needs.
Absolutely horrible, I've had nothing but problems & they never answer the phone or return calls! Save yourself the aggravation & get insurance somewhere else
