I recently had my first experience here. I went in on a Sunday and I got right in. I got just shellac on my own nails with chrome on top. Within 3 days the chrome was peeling. I called and was told to come back in, so I did. They buffed off the chrome and put new chrome on. Now on day 4 of the “new” chrome and it’s already peeling and a chipped nail. I liked how fast the service was but the polish is nothing I will pay for again.
Horrible experience! Had a full set of acrylics put on and a deluxe pedicure- all done in 55 minutes! 😲 never touched my finger cuticles- said it was an extra $15 afterwards. Nails are uneven- one broke within 12 hours and day 4 - a total of 4 broke. Glue on Nails look better and last longer than these. "Deluxe" pedicure was maybe 20 minutes- no lotion- massage was terrible. I said I was not happy but they charged me full price anyway. Left two phone messages at head office number- no reply.
