Quinn verbally agreed to do a job and then waited two weeks to tell me that they were not doing the job. They knew on the first day they were not going to do the job based on their excuses. The woman on the phone could only apologize for the miscommunication. I had called them twice during the two weeks and once was told that they were working on the estimate, that I now know was not happening.. My insurance adjuster had also called them. I am very disappointed and will forever tell my family and friends who NOT to call.
