Quinn Building inspected our home and missed some extremely major issues that we later had inspected by someone else. They were amazed that the issues were not brought to our attention during the initial inspection.
Tom Was awesome, He was very helpful with the inspection, He opened my eyes to things to look for, Things that will lead to issues, How to fix some of the issues, I will use Quinn Building Consultants again, I will also Recommend This company to every one I know that is looking to purchase a home.... 100% great Experience..
Tom is knowledgable and full of fun historical facts. He was thorough and made sure the seller of the house was aware of all the issues and hadn't interest at heart.
Had an awful experience with Tom and Quinn Building Consultants. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wanted to have an air quality test completed on my condo. I contacted Quinn Building Consultants and immediately was not impressed. There was no professionalism when dealing with the company. I was immediately met with issues about the commute time to my condo. Results were sent to my email with a quick note saying I needed to get remediation for the test results.
