Our entire family has been using Quinlan Automotive for each of our cars for close to five years - tires, oil changes, parts, etc. Jim a professional in every sense of the word. He is upfront about work that needs to be performed and associated pricing. He is timely, communicative, and his work is thorough. Once we found Jim, we haven’t once looked elsewhere. A great, professional asset to the community. We can’t recommend him enough.

Jimmy Quinlan is the best. Always open and transparent on the work that needs to be done and the cost. Is always honest about what his schedule is and how long the repairs will take. Constantly goes out of his way to provide excellent service to his clients and to do what is right for the customer. Highly recommend Quinlan's to anyone that needs their car serviced (just call ahead and speak with Jimmy first!)

Worst service ever in wellesley,i towed my car for repair to this location , but the mechanic is too lazy to work on my car,it was a lower control arm and the car wont even move, he denied service and told me to tow somewhere else,i even called him before i got there and i left him a message too,i was ready to leave the car for him to work on for about 7 days yet he doesnt want to work.He is the laziest ,plz go to ppl who love their job not lazy people and couch potatoes.go somewhere else.This guy wouldn’t even check the pro... read more
