I went in to get an obscure part, but it turned out they couldn’t supply it. Chris didn’t stop there—he jumped on his computer, called his contacts, and found me the exact part number so I could source it elsewhere. He spent around 10 minutes on the phone and on the computer helping me out, even though he didn’t make a sale. Absolutely the best customer service in town!
Everything a spare parts business should be. They stock so much that the chances are you'll find what you're looking for; if not... it will be there by the next day.
