Incredibly dirty, mold in the bathrooms, the bedframes are rusted, and staff is unprofessional, also smells very bad all throughout the building. On top of can't do your own laundry and the laundry is just set on the floor unsupervised so anyone can dig through it.
I work here and I love my residents :)
I just moved in 12/16/2023 to the Quinlan Home the place is clean, the staff needs to remember that we are the clients and thay are the staff and the price I pay out of my check is to high for what they offer me I don't enjoy living and stay in my room all the time some clients need to be in a stronger help plases. I am a resident at Quinlan home and I am grateful to live here it's clean and they accept people of all ages now. They have weekly activities outings it's awesome. The staff here is kind and respectful. Five Star by all means. I think it's a groundbreaking thing they got going here accepting people from all walks o.f life and it has a ambience of serenity
