I bought this Quingo Flyte and in the article it said they would deliver and instruct the new owner on the use and function. When I ordered and paid for it the salesman told me the same thing. It arrived after a few delays by the delivery company and they showed up at 9:30pm to deliver it. I had to ask them to unpack and remove the trash which they did.
