Went in for a pinky finger injury which was quite severe. I knew I should have gone to Wenatchee or Moses lake but Quincy was the closest I could get. With my pinky finger dangling off my hand I got right in to a room which I guess is a benefit of going to a small hospital. Dr. Jonathan Crosier that was in charge of the situation looked queasy and unsettled, reasonably so it was gruesome. The nurses and staff are amazing here. They have compassion and treat people with respect and kindness. However the Doctor that eventually saw us was absolutely horrible! He was Rude, spoke down to us and even talked negatively about other patients in my presence. I was absolutely shocked at how unprofessional and entitled this Dr acted. Blessings and thanks to the nurses and staff here. They are the ones who keep this place amazing every day! The doctors however 100% need to be replaced!
I'm not sure why such low reviews. I went here for an ear infection and was treated with kindness and care. Seems like a great medical team to me! They were super fast and attentive and made sure I left with antibiotics even tho the pharmacy in town was closed. 5 stars all day!
Horrible experience. staff and doctor were friendly but i got stitches and got 3 different directions on how to care for them so many mixed signals. The dr barely examend the wound before stitching me up and the nurse didnt even clean the whole area i still has dried blood all over. When i asked the nurse if they were sending home any pain meds he told me no and said i could take some tylonal or ibeprofem with whiskey.... Horrible place to get care.
