I was the home seller, so I didn't choose this law firm. I think this lawyer doesn't try very hard or he dosen't know much about closings. As far as I can tell he did some title search work, but really didn't even do some basic research, like contact the attorney's office that handled the closing previously. Ultimately this sale did not go through at this office. I ended up selling to another buyer through another closing attorney that did the work necessary to make the sale happen.
