I bought this 7.5 hp compressor 3 years ago directly from Quincy in Pine Brook. After at least 8 calls to Dispatch, Service, my sales person I still have no response! This company is deaf to its customers. There is no way I can recommend this company. My compressor remains not serviced!
Very supportive and friendly staff
Two months ago my Quincy QGDV-20 (which I purchased from this place, new, a few years back) started getting an over-temp alarm repeatedly. Three different techs have come a total of five (5) times, replaced the sensor and several other parts and they still don't know what the problem is. A forth tech was scheduled and he didn't bother to show up or call and now they don't even bother to return my calls. It now looks like they're hanging us out to dry too.
