I have nothing good to say with this insurance!! I started with them 4 years ago. My insurance was 1,200.00 and it went up to 2,231.00 I had to cancel my services with them. Plus the customer service is horrible. I won’t give them not even 1 star.
I've been hit by another driver, rear ended while at a stop light in an intersection. This insurance company is making me do all of the leg work, severely underquoting my estimate, not covering my entire daily cost of a rental, nor are they going after the at fault driver's insurance for any of this- which would prevent them from having to cheap out and give such poor service to their customer.
They have no problem taking your money, but when they have to cover damages, you are deemed to have an unfavorable loss history. I barely touched a guardrail but it required a little paint that, zero body work. Then got 2 nicks in my glass that were filled on two separate occasions and last but not least, if you hit black ice with flurries falling because the plaza didn’t treat their parking lot, that’s also on you even though you slid down an incline in the parking lot at 2-3mph. Total joke and thieves
They’ll drop you from their coverage because god forbid you hit a downed tree in a blind curve in the fog back in 2017, hit black ice in 2021 that the grocery store didn’t treat, get rear ended in 2022 and then 2024 you scrap along a guardrail. Then they want to say “you’re driving record” I haven’t been giving a ticket in 12 years.
