Quincy Plaza is hands down the best place to live in this area. They have provided a stellar experience and gone above and beyond for me ever since I moved in a few months ago. Initially, on move in day, I was welcomed into a pristine apartment. It was incredibly clear how much time and effort went into cleaning the apartment, repainting, vacuuming, etc. Every other apartment I’ve moved into, I’ve had to clean on the first day. 2025 EDIT: Going to give QP the 5th star after another year here because some issues have been mitigated. Honestly not sure why the building has only 2.9, it's quite nice and visitors always enjoy it. I've been happy with this building so far. Well-maintained and not overly crowded amenities, nice and reasonably spacious units. The community room can be booked for free which is amazing! Unfortunately, my apartment has had ongoing air conditioning and pest issues this past year, and Quincy Plaza's response to the issues or lack there of has been extremely disappointing.
Quincy plaza has been a great home to us for 5+ years. The staff is truly friendly. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. They keep the common areas clean. I have had a fantastic experience living here. Highly recommend it!
I have lived at Quincy Plaza for 15 years. I moved into the building as they were still doing construction on higher floors and only had the first few floors available for move-in ready. Any maintenance requests have always been handled quickly and efficiently. The front desk staff is always happy and helpful. I love my apartment and I love my building!
