I have lived at Quincy Plaza for 15 years. I moved into the building as they were still doing construction on higher floors and only had the first few floors available for move-in ready. Any maintenance requests have always been handled quickly and efficiently. The front desk staff is always happy and helpful. I love my apartment and I love my building!
I haven't even been moved in for 2 hours and already have 2 missing packages. The front desk claims to be investigating but says there's nothing they can do. Now Im stuck in a place that's very untrustworthy and have over $500 worth of missing packages
Rashid Farah and Virginia Antivero are very helpful and kind people. They are very good managers and do know their jobs very well.
I've been happy with this building so far. Well-maintained and not overly crowded amenities, nice and reasonably spacious units. The community room can be booked for free which is amazing! The pool is quite convenient and underutilized as well. A few notes: 1) Our unit runs quite hot in shoulder seasons. The auto thermostat isn't as smart as advertised, with the big thing being that if the air temperature is below 55, it only does heat, even though the apartment is so well insulated and the hallways kept so warm that AC woul... read more
In my nearly 18 years of stay at Quincy Plaza and the only home to my son, we have seen several different resident managers, but never have I had one as extraordinary as Rashid. From the day Rashid started managing Quincy Plaza until recently moving on to another new Dittmar property, he has been a perfect example of a resident manager.
