Rashid Farah and Virginia Antivero are very helpful and kind people. They are very good managers and do know their jobs very well.
I've been happy with this building so far. Well-maintained and not overly crowded amenities, nice and reasonably spacious units. The community room can be booked for free which is amazing! The pool is quite convenient and underutilized as well. A few notes: 1) Our unit runs quite hot in shoulder seasons. In my nearly 18 years of stay at Quincy Plaza and the only home to my son, we have seen several different resident managers, but never have I had one as extraordinary as Rashid. From the day Rashid started managing Quincy Plaza until recently moving on to another new Dittmar property, he has been a perfect example of a resident manager. He is always there for you, any time of day, with attentiveness and the most positive attitude. He is never too busy, and it is very clear that his tenants are his priority. I've lived in several apartments throughout my life and have never had a better experience since I started living here. The staff is always welcoming and quick to help. Maintenance is always on top of things. The people who live here are also great I always feel safe. You won't go wrong living here!
Quincy Plaza/Dittmar had my truck towed from the “new resident” parking space on the day I moved in. We were too busy unloading the U-Haul in the bay to notice. Management’s response: Meh. Not our problem. After driving 900 miles, this was the welcome we got from the company the day I moved in. Thankfully I only had to stay 1 yr.
