The care provided by doctors and nursing staff is on the better side of average, but like several other reviews state, the clerical staff is horrendous. Specifically Cindy. She is rude, condescending, and does not treat patients with respect or care. I would not go to this doctors office if you want to live. Doctor baginski missed a tumor and argued with me for months before ordering an mri which he stated, "would show nothing", and then showed a schwanoma in my spinal sheath but the harder part isn't baginski, I think he's amazing, the hard part is his nurse Leanna. My daughter was given a new vaccine that came out the same year with monkey pox vaccine by Dr Kendra Conkright knowing full well schools did not make you take it.
Doctors are fine, yet the pediatric department NEVER has a receptionist. You have to call the main desk for questions, who then just connects you to the pediatric office, which again, never has anyone to answer the calls. When I comes to having to ask questions or concerns, your best bet is going online or to a walk in clinic for help rather than calling this office for help.
