Needed a DOT physical scheduled three different times they canceled every time
What a joke. I was 6 min late for my appt. Had to wait for the lady to get off the phone to get checked in. Was told I was 10 min late ( which I was not) and she may not see me. Well I wish I didn’t see her. She was just as rude as the receptionist. Said we were lying about there only being one person at the front desk to check us in. We tried to explain the situation but she just got extremely rude and said we can go and she is dismissing me as a patient. Went here for severe tooth pain when I couldn't get into my primary, when I asked about pain medication to go along with the antibiotic shot I was told that they don't do pain medication at the walk in and if I was her patient she might consider it but since I was a walk in patient she couldn't do anything. The nurse was rude, the doctor or whatever she was was useless. I walked out.
Very disturbing experiences when call to verify legal Protocal. Told 1 thing such as hours have changed when not showing on website, when inquire get transfered around and still no real answers. 8.14.24
