On July 10th I had a one hour telehealth visit with a doctor Matthew Walker that is certain to change my life forever, only not in a good way as Dr. Walker's evaluation of me was riddled with lies and deception. I want to call out Dr. Tawney Allen and Dr. Logan Warner. Talk about long term and short term care, active listening and doctors who seriously offered to go the extra mile before I ever even asked. Thank you for your service and for helping me thrive as a human!
I love my primary doctor, but when I am not feeling good and have had scans or other test done I would like to have my results in a timely manner and I think 4 days is giving plenty of time. But since it’s a holiday weekend I guess they wanted to go home and enjoy being with their families while the patients suffer. Just aggravates me that the results are there to be read and they can’t take five minutes to look at them.
Dr. Batra is hands down one of the best physicians I’ve ever seen! She takes the time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and make sure I fully understand my treatment options. I always feel heard and I never feel rushed during appointments with her. Dr. Batra and her team truly care about their patients’ overall well-being, and it shows in every interaction. I feel lucky to have such a knowledgeable and compassionate provider as my primary and I would recommend her to anyone!
