We were treated with such disregard as well~ unwanted vaccines~ the lady whose office is by infusion is one of the worst people and the rudeness of receptionists in Quincy caused so much strain. We will never go back to QMG~ I feel bad for the decent people who work there. My family is still traumatized! I was lied to about CT scans~ she told me they didnt give off radiation as I explained I do MRIs only~ they did a CT for a yeast infection. Be prepared to wait on hold for billing for at least 10+ min. Their office is so unorganized and they lose all of the paperwork and can’t figure out how to use their machines to send receipts for payments.
My Doctor is Great but the rest of staff could care less...If you owe QMG money watch out.
